Cotton Fabric Curtains
All stage curtains manufactured by Pittsburgh Stage meet the requirement of the NFPA 701: Standard Method of Fire Test for Flame-Resistant Textiles and Films. Cotton fabrics are treated with a flame retardant compound through immersion. The flame retardant used is water soluble and can become void when dry cleaned, washed or subjected to excessive humidity.
IFR Fabric Curtains
IFR stands for inherently flame resistant. These fabrics made from a fiber that is flame resistant and does not require any chemicals to maintain this quality for the life of the fabric.
